Viewing the Public Page in Online Consult

Once you have started to activate Topics or create new ones in Online Consult, you can review and test them from your Organisation’s Public Page. If you have not yet launched Online Consult to your patients (by having it enabled on your website) then we recommend reviewing all activated Topics and tailored ones thoroughly before launch.

You can view the Online Consult Public Page for your Organisation as follows:

  1. Log on to Online Triage.
  2. From the main Organisation menu, click Public Page.

The Online Consult Public Page for your Organisation will be displayed. All the public Topics currently available to patients are located under your Organisation name heading and the search bar.

The search bar can be used to locate the required content.
