Submitted Triage forms are now tracked on the Online Triage portal, all the submitted forms can be seen in the Triage Outbox. To access the Triage Outbox, login to Online Triage and click Triage Outbox on the left hand column.
You will see a list of all submitted forms from the past days, this will show:
- The Triage Reference – The patient who submitted the form will received the same reference once they have confirmed the form submission
- Type – This will show how the form is received at your practice e.g. email
- Status – This shows the status of the submitted form. If its queued, its awaiting confirmation of being received. If its Received then the form has been confirmed to be submitted to the right location.
- Archived –
- Last Updated – This is when the outbox entry is last updated, if the form is marked as received the date and time stamp will change.
