EMIS Now is a single portal for all products and services offered by EMIS Group, letting you access training material, raise service requests or get help from our teams when you need it, without having to pick up the phone.
We’ll be publishing more content than ever before, including information on new releases and software defects, and making it easier to manage and track any engineer visits or field training you have booked.
You’ll also have access to a new community section which will replace our current user forums, with a new layout making it easier to navigate and find exactly the information you need, allowing you to get help from our trained specialists and share knowledge with other users.
And if you work for a commissioning organisation, we’ve built a dedicated area letting you see relevant information from across your locality at a glance.
EMIS Group is working hard to transform the service experience for our customers throughout 2019, and EMIS Now is just the beginning.
